CRED- Nahi Mila Mujhe Pyaar Toh Kya (Official Song) ft. Shaan & Sonu Nigam
Director: Ayappa KM
Role: I was in charge of the overall visual Design and art direction of the backgrounds and graphics for this 90s style indipop music video for CRED, along with on- set VFX supervision of the green screen chroma shoot.
The video had to purposefully have the old Indian pop music video vive to it, complete with tacky graphics and absurd looking locations.
CRED ft. The OGs
Director: Ayappa KM
Role: I was in charge of the overall visual Design and art direction of the backgrounds and graphics for this 90s style boy-band music video for CRED, along with on- set VFX supervision of the chroma shoot.
Essentially, the entire film was shot against a green screen, and the backgrounds and effects
were added to it by me and my team (screenshots below).
The 20 second version that was played during IPL 2021 has over 19 million views on YouTube-
CEAT Tyres Ft. Aamir Khan
Director: Ayappa KM
Role: The CEAT ad film series sees Aamir Khan wax eloquent about the importance of ideal behaviour following rules, road safety, etc. before the flip comes in, and he himself starts doing things that he was strictly against.
A portion of the film before the flip, has the video pause on Mr.Khan, wherein the voiceover suggests that one day such ideals will be followed..but until then, switch to CEAT tyres.
This portion required a treatment that would show Aamir khan as the "ideal" man.
PFB some rough explorations done for the pre prod deck to get an idea of what the treatment would look like, using stock images. For this we tried a number of options- from an illustration treatment like Priyesh Trivedi's Aadarsh Balak, to inspiring political posters, but finally went for some VFX light and texture treatment.

Solana Blinks - Announcement Film
Produced by: The Granfalloon
The Film-
In a hospital post-op room, a humorous ad for Solana Blinks turns a serious surgical mishap into a comedic moment.
Amidst the initial somber mood, the doctor reveals the upside and introduces Solana Blinks- Solana's latest offering that makes cryptocurrency transactions simpler with shareable links, bypassing traditional wallet complexities.
Our Role-
The VFX challenge was to vividly depict the aftermath of a surgical mishap- that of the patient being assembled inncorrectly.
After employing a "vision mixer" on set and capturing two takes of the patient lying in the required positions, we executed meticulous masking and rotoscoping and composited the person in post, to successfully achieve the crucial result essential for driving home the humor in our project.
The two shots of the patient—frontal and backward-facing—were captured separately and then merged in post-production to achieve the desired effect.
