ONE MINUTE PLEASE!

Logo Design | Title Animation | Motion Graphics

Synopsis

One Minute Please is a new panel show created by Mohd. Hussain. The core idea of the show is simple: make it as hard as possible for someone to keep speaking.
Each panelist is given a topic and must speak about it continuously. The other panelists are tasked with stopping them if they:

1.Deviate from the topic

2. Hesitate

3.Repeat themselves
If a panelist is stopped for a valid reason, the challenger earns 5 points. If they stop the speaker without a valid reason, they lose 5 points.

Brief

For this panel show, the creator requires a strong visual identity system that can be adapted across all in-show assets— such as name astons, information slates, and score graphics— while also establishing a distinct and memorable design language for the property.

This identity should work seamlessly across the on-set environment, the recorded show, and promotional platforms including social media.

Some Logo explorations done before finalising and fine tuning the final logotype:

Once one of the exploration routes was selected, we fine tuned it to achieve the final logotype below. The style for all other accompanying graphics (transitions, text screens, etc.) were based on the aesthetics and design language of this selected route.

Once the packaging was designed, we used elements from the packaging to design other collateral elements such as the transitions, name astons, etc.

The logo animation-to-video transition already has the emoji on screen, so for other cuts, we used a version where the emoji pops in.

The numbering system icons for the game show were developed to follow the same visual language, ensuring consistency across the graphic system.

Additionally, a full-screen segment transition was designed for the +10 Bonus.
